Doctor Laurie McLay is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences, at the University of Canterbury. Laurie has many years of clinical and research experience working with children with ASD, and their families. This includes work within New Zealand and overseas. Laurie is currently working with members of a research team, at the University of Canterbury, to explore the use of FBA to inform effective treatments for sleep disturbance in children with autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.
