Indian Families’ Support Group (run by Disability Connect), for families who have children with autism of all ages. The meeting begins with a presentation by a specialist on a chosen topic and is followed by a shared lunch and the opportunity to chat with other parents. Free of charge.

North Shore Autism Support Group,for parents who have children on the spectrum of all ages. The facility is a safe environment to bring your preschooler if necessary, although they remain your responsibility. The only area to keep an eye on is the hot water urn for the tea and coffee.

Home and Family Support Group, for parents of children with Aspergers of any age (i.e., young children or adult children)

Chit-Chat 4 All, a social skills group for students and young adults with Aspergers Syndrome aged between 15–22 years. $25 per week, payable on arrival. The group is run by Samantha McGillivray who is a speech and language therapist.
Where: One Tree Hill, the address will be advised when you make contact.
When: Every Saturday with 1 hour sessions available at 11am–12pm and 12:30pm–1:30pm
