I'm John Maxwell and I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome in 1994 at 16 years of age. I live in Christchurch.
I attend the Mondaynighters group in Christchurch and they are a great crowd to hang around with. I actually joined the group back in April but have recently rejoined after a five month absence [I was tied up with indoor bowls the same night.]
Among my many interests include reading,indoor bowls,board games,ten pin bowling,quizzes and networking with friends on Facebook and Wrong Planet [for those who don't know what Wrong Planet is it is a social networking site designed specifically for people with Asperger's Syndrome.]

I attend Life Church in Upper Riccarton. Nobody in my church knows that I have Asperger's at the moment so at some stage I'll try and raise some awareness.

If anyone would like to drop me a line some time I'll be quite happy to have a chat.
